The new quality facility in Denbigh will offer older people the opportunity to live independently in individual flats, taking advantage of communal facilities available for eating, recreational and social activities.

The development will consist of 42 two-bedroom apartments and 29 one-bedroom apartments for people who want to live independently, but with support packages available if needed. Individuals who may need more formal care will also have a specifically designed living accommodation within the facility.

Alan Field, Managing Director at A J Field Electrical & Mechanical Said: "Securing this project in my home town has made it extra special and I'm looking forward to giving back to a town that has given me so much. I am looking to employ local tradesmen and recruiting new appentices that can give more back to the area in the future".

It is anticipated that Pentre Canol development will be finished during spring 2020.
