A former mill building repurposed to provide modern university standard education spaces and research facilities, specialising in the hearth care industry. In support of the education facilities the building also offers out patient treatment areas, including a state-of-the-art minor operations theatre. AJ Field completed the mechanical installation to the highest quality, providing a building that meets both education and HTM healthcare specifications.
