Construction of a new 70 bed Extra Care facility, specialising specifically dementia patients. Constructed on the site of a former school building overlooking the Menai Straits. From the outset the client set out their aspirations to provide a building that would provide high quality services, with a warm and non-clinical feel. By working closely with the client and the entire construction team AJ Field provided Electrical and Mechanicals services that not only met the client's high standards, but formed part of a building that went on to win the prestigious Pinders Healthcare Design Awards.
