AJ Field were chosen to provide the Electrical and Mechanical services on the Great Moor Street new build multi-storey office block project. The Great Moor Street building was seen as being key to the wider redevelopment of Bolton City Centre and replaced a number of previously derelict buildings. The client set out to achieve a high standard of construction, providing much needed state of the art office spaces all with the project achieving BREEAM Excellent standards. Green technologies were employed throughout this scheme with smart energy efficient LED lighting being installed and air source pumps utilised to meet the hot water demands.
